Kids clothing startup Primary was founded by two moms who couldn't find a one-stop shop for affordable, high-quality clothing basics. Looking back on my wardrobe as a kid, what I remember most was a rainbow explosion of patterns, textures, logos, and sassy slogans. It's what was cheap, trendy, and readily available. When Agustina Sartori started GlamST she did it because it aligned with her passions. “As a Telematics engineer, I wanted to solve the problem of trying makeup anywhere, anytime and as well use technology to find the perfect product for you without having to actually try it on in the traditional way, but virtually,” explains Sartori.
For me, there have been a number of women who have positively influenced my life, career, and personal growth. I am a big believer in mentorship, yes, but more important, just surrounding yourself with people who can pass along valuable life lessons just by being who they are. I have learned a lot from women in my community, in our company, and in my extended network.
