Ama Balm

This venture makes amazing natural balms for those who live life to the full in the great outdoors. The company was created by Jo Higgins, an inspirational Kiwi who knows a thing or two about what happens to your skin, body and hair in the sea, on wind-blown hills, on sun-kissed beaches and on freezing ski resorts!

Jo’s skin has been forever exposed to the elements, but when she looked around for something to provide the skin protection and repair she required, she soon realised was nothing on the market that met her strict, ‘100% natural’ requirements. So, she decided to make the moisturisers and balms she needed herself – and also made sure that all keen kite surfers, paddle boarders, sufers, slack liners, snowboarders and yogis knew about the products.

So there you have it. Alma Balm –  in our eyes the maker of amazing moisturising and body lotions that are 100% organic, 100% locally sourced, 100% effective and 100% for everyone.
