Anette Miwa Dimmen is the entrepreneurial force behind the comfort-first fashion brand, AWAN (As We Are Now). In 2018 Anette spotted a gap in the market for a new type of clothing and dressing experience for women, without compromise between feminine style, comfort and sustainability. Easy to dress up or down according to personal style, occasion or body type, and as suitable for the couch as for the office.
On a journey towards circularity AWAN is committed to produce in the most sustainable premium fabrics available today, and only select fabrics with enhanced breathability and softness. The majority of their collection is made from Tencel ™ lyocell from Portugal – a biodegradable textile with significantly lower carbon footprint, and less water and chemical usage than for example cotton.

Kontorlokalet hun befinner seg i tilhører egentlig multibyrået Square, som hun brukte syv år av livet sitt til å bygge opp sammen med to andre partnere, inkludert sin samboer, Max.
