Julia Bijaoui’s success at Frichti is hardly surprising as she has been excelling at everything she has turned her hand to these past 30 years.

She undertook two years of intensive economics and maths tuituion to secure a place at the top French business school, HEC Paris. From here she exited with a Masters after 3 years of study and found her way to DN Captial in London as an analyst. After nine months, she wound her way back to HEC Paris, picked up further accolades and then, in 2012, set about optimising the processes at Birschbox as their Strategy and Operations Manager.

Frichti was the business she co-founded 2015 with her husband. It supports small independent producers in order to bring the most fresh and delicious ingredients and/or easy-to-heat meals straight to your door. It’s basically an online service for those who don’t have time to cook – and for those that want to cook with the best fayre available. This is another way of saying that Frichti is for all of us.
